Tagliatelle with mushrooms and sauce
  • 400 g of tagliatelle
  • 400 g of mushrooms
  • 300 ml CREMIO for cooking
  • 2 onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt


 
The tagliatelle are boiled in boiling salted water according to package directions. Rinse and drain them. The onions and garlic cloves are cut into small pieces and stewed in olive oil until softened. Add the washed and cut into crescents mushrooms and stew them until they are completely soft. Then add CREMIO for cooking to the stewed vegetables and stir until it thickens. Finally, add the drained pasta (tagliatelle) with the spices and stir the products until their aromas mingle. The pasta is served hot.
